ITP IN ACTION!
Well, second day of ITP, at least I am alive and still kicking!
My work place is still okay, I think better than retail! Glad I chose ENT!
Some things about my work that I satisfied enough:
- I got great colleagues! Not really close with them, but some, especially the one I am sitting with, always eat lunch with me and care for me:) And some will talk to me, some sit with me on the bus:D
- This is so damn cool! I got my own table(really big one!), a desktop and even a phone! Just like a real employee! :D
- my working hours are considered short, mon to thu 8-5.30 and fri 8-4.30 :)
- my company actually has a company bus, which picks up at bukit batok bus stop. BUTTTTTT the bus is tmd de early leh! It picks up at 7.08a.m., which may arrive 5 mins early, which need 5 mins walking time to the bus stop! So I need to reach the bus stop at 6.58! IMPOSSIBLE=.=, jie jie just take public transport and sleep 10 more minutes-.-, since I already bought the concessions before the start of work.
- employees got $1.50 reimbursment on lunch in the canteen. Good enough, so I only pay cents for my meal. But then hor, the whole canteen only 2 stall, muslim and chinese=.=
- Not much work given to me. When I got nothing to do, my colleagues will give me some data entry work. And I got an sales analysis work today, which is so like MR >_> I really doubt my work will be accepted because I haven't hand them in, but oh well, its obvious not to expect so much from a poly student right =.=
- I am going to help out in the IT Fair tmr, because I am a free labour HAHAHA!
- And my supervisor 很看得起我=.=, introduce me to EVERYONE, and I already joined them for 2 meetings...
- The only unsatisfactory is to wear formal-.-, fullstop.
