Been long since I update this space, not sure who else is reading hahah, but nothing interesting happen thus the lack of post. And finally, I'm here to talk about my 22nd Birthday!

Initially, I wanted to stay at home and nua the whole day. Eugene called me in the afternoon and asked to prepare and cab down to Beauty World Center because the 推拿 place we went has slots for us. After one hour of pain and smoothing of stiff muscles, we joined his family for their Mother's Day dinner. And then after dinner, we went to his friend's salon to cut and dye his hair. I was feeling quite sleepy at that point of time, and wanted to go home earlier as we had plans the next day. But Eugene and his friends said they wanted to eat supper and drag and drag and drag till its after 12, and surprised me with a waffle and candle in the cafe! I was really surprised, because after all they are Eugene's friends and not mine! Although I know it was my boyfriend's idea, I was quite touched by it :).

The next morning, we headed out early in the morning to RWS  because Eugene booked a Marine Park staycation package at Hard Rock Hotel! We collected our tickets and headed to Adventure Cove first!

The queue was crazy on a weekend, we had to wait 40 minutes for some rides. We tried all the 5 rides, and I think only 2 of them is fun, the rest not 刺激 one! When we were bored of queuing, we played at some kids water play ground or float around the lazy pool. We tried snorkeling at the Rainbow Reef too, and the water was so salty, saltier than the water in Krabi! My mask wasn't working well and water kept coming into the mask and my nose, I was so irritated I just hold on to Eugene to bring me around and didn't really have the mood to look at the fishes! Spent a good 4 hours there, and we went back to our hotel to check in! 

I super love the hotel! Every little details are according to the hotel's theme, you can find posters of musicians, guitar-shaped decorations and even a mini guitar logo embroidered on the pillow!

Washed up, dressed up, and out for our dinner! 

We had dinner at Jamie's Italian and ordered the Weekend Plank Set. We honestly don't know what a plank means, the waitress explained it until as though there's a lot of stuff there, so we ordered it lol. First up was the Meat Plank Set and Fish Plank Set. I guess plank just means few small dishes on a wooden plank.... It came with small servings of veggies, bacon, salmon, olive, some paste and mussels and clams. The only thing I like is the clams, and maybe the veggies. The rest I didn't like it, too italian-ish I guess. Both of us didn't touch the olive :X

It includes Bolognese (which I forgot to take a solo shot), Grilled Chicken, Baked Salmon, some veggies and some fried cornstarch (which I really dislike).

Luckily my bf ordered some truffle fries too! It's good! 

And the dessert! The desserts really look damn good,but we were damn full by then!

And a pot of tea for each of us! I ordered Earl Grey, but hate it man, didn't know Earl Grey taste so bad :X 

Everything (excluding the additional truffle fries) for $138, excluding taxes of course. Worth it? Not too sure about that, because we definitely can go somewhere better with this price. But we were damn full from all these food, so not a bad experience afterall.

Took a stroll and back to our room. Spammed photos because I love my dress hehehehehe.

What do you mean by it's plain?! It's a super V bare back dress! -insert own whistle- Although it's too loose for me after altering, I STILL LOVE YOU PRETTY WHITE DRESS!!!!

Woke up, checked out, and off to S.E.A Aquarium!

Anw, I just rmb I forgot to write about my newly dyed hair (about 1 month plus ago). If you notice in the photos above, I have some blonde highlights now. How does it look? -insert puppy eyes- Nice or not?! I have mixed views about it so not too sure if I'm gonna do anything to my hair yet. 

My favourite part of S.E.A Aquarium is the Typhoon Theatre, and how it leads to this shipwreck exhibition

Eugene's 22nd birthday

It was my boy's 22nd birthday on 20.12.13! The hardworking boy still went to work that day, and I joined his family for his birthday dinner at some atas Cantonese restaurant at Clark Quay. The food was good, but atas restaurant's serving all damn small one hahahah, so I think not very worth leh. :X

The next day 21.12.13, I went out early in the morning because I'm a good friend. Accompanied Xianren to town to choose a present for his girlfriend, and then quickly rush back home to take a nap and prepare Eugene's present. Mind you, I slept 4 hours the night before to complete making his present okay! 

In the evening after Eugene ended work, we met to have dinner together. We went to Rocku at Bugis+ to have his favourite BBQ buffet! The meat was super good, seasoned and marinated well (Y)! We ordered almost everything in the beginning, and it lasted us to the end, with some small orders in between!! 

The food was really good I have to admit, but it's quite pricy. I paid $90+ for 2 of us, including an additional jug of sprite for $12.80 @.@. An advice to you if you wanna go: drink lots of water or bring your own water! The drinks are damn expensive, but the meat is quite salty so you will need water somehow!

Presenting him his birthday present! I spent half a month doing this up, from printing cutting pasting it till my fingers cramped!! It's really too hard, I overestimated myself when I first saw this on the Internet! I think the final model is quite ugly T.T, with obvious glue stains and uneven pasting!!! I used the wrong paper too, they recommend harder paper but mine was too soft so the model wasn't really firm.

Eugene LOVED it though, he got a shocked when he first open this. He was like "OMG HOW DO YOU MAKE THIS WITH JUST PAPER?!" Like that lorh, everything is possible! Okay, but have to say this is quite a useless gift hahahaha!! Don't know whether paper will rot if keep for too long or not also hor. 

Of course I have him other stuff, but I didn't take photo of them so lets just focus on this since it's the highlight hehe!!

Blogging from my phone! I really need some time in front of my laptop to type in Christmas post! Christmas this year is the most eventful and interesting one!

First week of summer break!

Oh wait... before I go in what I did on first week of summer break, I would like to clarify something. WHY AH WHY people kept saying my birthday party looked like an engagement party / wedding?! T.T The spot light should be on ME, not on US T.T, finally one event whereby I'm the main lead, and Eugene and Kaiyuan's cleavage had to steal my limelight! I guess its the theme (coz lilac is quite a wedding colour) and the hair that looked like engagement k!

And ah, my friends very the cute ah, I put a wishlist and almost everyone go according to it! I received 1 earphone, 3 necklaces (if including my mum's key necklace to me would be 4), 2 bracelets, 1 bangle, 1 clutch, and 1 small makeup palette! Of course this is not all that I had received, but all these items are on my "wish list" which Kaiyuan demanded that I post!

Okay back to my first week of summer break!!

Tuesday 06.05.13
Met up with Eileen! She wanted to buy FBTs so we went all the way to Queenstown Shopping Center. There's nothing much there, so we decided to head to Singapore Polytechnic as she needed to pass her lecturer something. And coincidentally, I saw Mr. Roger along the corridor and he brought us to see Ms. Dora and then to see the new ERIC! Ahhhh, time really passed so fast, it's like just one year ago we were spending days and nights in ERIC and now they have a new room!

Mr. Roger was behaving like a father that day, he was telling us life stories lessons we have to know! It was quite funny because I don't hear any lecturer telling his students things like "what to look out for in a guy" and "when to leave a guy" HAHAHA! Don't you think its something a father will say to his daughters? Hehe had a great time catching up with him, and we spent few hours chit chatting before heading back to Clementi to meet Xianren.

Another Catch up session there, and finally went home at 7 plus.

But in the end kinda failed because I had too little oreo and too much cheese, it tasted like cheese cake with no sight of oreo taste mehhhhh. I'll try again soon with a better estimate of the amount of ingredients to use!!! But my boy very sweet, it don't really taste great but he said he will finish all and still give a "delicious" face after eating! :')

Friday 10.05.13

Another DIY day! Spent my day making this because my boy complained that he don't have a Polaroid of us on my birthday (everything was too rush that day that I forgot about it!). Hehehe I have to say its quite nice right!!!! ^^I'm proud of my hands!  And I'm glad he likes it :). 

At night, my parents treated me dinner at Bottle Tree Seafood Restaurant! YUMYUM They ordered really good food for their 千金!!

After dinner, we went for prawning. And okay I admit it, Eugene and I suck at it because we got like so few prawns after 1 or 2 hours hahahah!

And my dad decided to bomb me with a mission "drive us home later". I was like "WHATTTTT", it's my first time driving at night (I don't even know how to on the headlights HAHAHAHA), and I drank a little of beer (Okay, my dad drank a lot more...). But fortunately, I managed to have a safe ride home, and almost perfect parking HAHA! And seriously, I need a GPS badly because I can't even recognise the roads in Woodlands...


Saturday 11.05.13

Finally the day I had been waiting for, FINALLY CAN GO PAKTOR! After all the studying and exam and my birthday, we finally can spend a day on a date!

I guess my boy was happy too, BECAUSE HE ACTUALLY INITIATED TO TAKE PHOTO! (normally he always said "don't  want la so paiseh, ppl looking leh" etc when I want to take photo :( MUST GRAB THIS OPPORTUNITY, TAKE MORE TAKE MORE!

Had lunch at JustAcia because we wanted a  cheap lunch and better dinner that day. And headed to The Cathay for our movie, Iron Man 3! Hehehehe so long since we watched a movie together!


After the movie, we don't know where to go, so we went to find Simin and Gary. Yeahhh Eugene finally brought me to Todai for dinner!! He talked about bringing me there even before we got together, and we are like 9 months together, I'm finally there! While waiting for the seats, we went out to take OOTD!

And finally, TODAI!

The food is really good! Wide variety (so wide that we couldn't try everything), fresh Alaskan crabs (my favourite crabs -scream-), it was just right the abalone festival too (free flow abalone~~~~), and the desserts are awesome! Everything is great except the price, it cost $80 nett per pax!! A bit crazy, but it's really worth it for the selection and crabs and all!!!! It's my boyfriend's treat so I can eat at ease without worrying about my wallet bleeding HAHAHA!

The crabs very de big! I think I ate 10 of them?? JUST CAN'T STOP!

And the abalones! One whole abalone, not in slice okay! 

YUMYUM NOMNOMNOM! I really love it there that I can't be bothered that I'm on a diet! I ate definitely more than $100 worth of food! I WILL GO BACK AGAIN IF I HAVE THE MONEY!
